What it is

About this service

Photoreal 3D renderings from your plans — interiors and exteriors for homes, developments and commercial spaces, built by our visualization team so you can sell it before you build it.

How pricing works

Pricing is per finished image: one room or building from one camera angle. Open-plan interiors up to 1,000 sq ft count as one room; commercial interiors cover up to 2,500 sq ft per view; single-building exteriors cover homes up to 6,000 sq ft including landscaping and sky. Another angle of the same space is a second render, and volume discounts apply automatically. Every render includes revisions until the composition, materials and lighting are right, delivered print-ready in 4K.

How it works

How our 3D rendering process works

Step 1

Order & send plans

Place your order, then send floor plans, elevations and reference images — right after checkout.

Step 2

We model & render

Our 3D team models the space and renders photoreal drafts, with materials and lighting matched to your references.

Step 3

Review & finalize

Mark up anything you'd like changed — we revise until it's right, then deliver print-ready files.

Where we fit

Where 3D renders fit before construction begins

Rendering is a pre-construction investment: it does its selling before and during the build.

  1. Design

    Plans are finalized

Your architect or drafter delivers CAD or PDF plans, elevations and material picks.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    We build the renders

Photoreal interiors, exteriors and aerials from your drawings — with revisions until the composition, materials and light are right.

    We handle this
  3. Pre-construction

    Market before ground breaks

Renders power the listing, site hoardings, lender deck and planning submissions.

  4. Pre-sale

    Deposits come in

Buyers commit from visuals months before a model home could exist.

  5. Build & close

    Construction to move-in

The visuals you paid for once keep selling every remaining unit.

Black and white

What we need. What you get.

A render is only as accurate as its brief. Here's the checklist we build from, and exactly what comes back.

What we need from you

  • Architectural blueprints or floor plans with dimensions — CAD or PDF preferred; dimensioned hand-drawn plans are accepted.
  • Elevations for any exterior render (all visible sides).
  • Material and finish list — flooring, cabinetry, counters, roofing, siding, paint colors — or reference photos to match.
  • Reference images for style, furniture and lighting mood (daylight or dusk).
  • For streetscape and aerial views: a site plan with lot orientation and unit placement.

What you get back

  • Photoreal renders in 4K, print-ready — sized for MLS, brochures and hoardings; billboard sizing on request.
  • A draft for markup, then revisions until composition, materials and lighting are right.
  • Typical delivery in 1–2 weeks depending on scope — confirmed when you send your plans.
  • Full usage rights for all your marketing, print and pre-sale materials.

Missing something on the list? Send what you have — we confirm anything unclear before modelling starts, and we'll tell you up front if a project needs more documentation.

How clients use it

What 3D visualization wins home builders.

Architectural visualization turns technical information (floor plans, elevations, finish schedules) into compelling visuals that potential buyers, lenders and planning boards understand at a glance.

Pre-sell before you build

Buyers commit from photoreal renders months before completion — deposits without a model home.

Win approvals and lenders

Photoreal visuals carry planning meetings, investor presentations and pitch decks further than technical drawings ever do, and help urban planners and stakeholders judge scale and design concepts before construction begins.

Market like it's built

Billboards, brochures and listings that make an unbuilt home feel real enough to want.

Show every unit type and upgrade

Render the base model and each upgrade package, or multiple unit types from one set of drawings, so buyers compare finishes and floor plans before construction begins.

Marketing material for every channel

A single 4K render is a marketing asset that works across your website, listing, brochures, site hoardings, sales-centre boards and social media campaigns, for every audience you sell to.

Communicate design intent

A photorealistic image shows clients, trades and your sales team what the finished home looks like, down to the smallest detail of interior design, lighting and materials. Everyone signs off on the same picture, which builds client trust before anyone argues over a drawing.

Choosing your visuals

3D rendering vs photography vs a model home

Home builders and developers have three main ways to show buyers a home. Here is how they compare on timing, flexibility and cost.

3D rendering: photorealistic visuals from plans

Interior and exterior renderings created from your floor plans before construction begins, so buyers can see their future home. Every floor plan, elevation and finish package can be shown, and a render can be revised as the design process changes, with no reshoot.

Photography of the finished home

Real photos are the right choice once the house exists, but they only arrive at project completion. That is too late for pre-sales, and every finish or landscaping change needs a new shoot.

A built model home

Buyers can walk through it, but it shows one floor plan, takes months of construction and a six-figure budget, and is torn out at the end.

Stills, animation or virtual tours?

Still renders cover listings, brochures, websites and hoardings. Animation and interactive 3D virtual tours let buyers move through a development, but they are larger productions than a still image. Bella’s rendering service delivers finished still images.

Virtual staging once it's built

When a spec home is finished but empty, virtual staging furnishes the listing photos so buyers can picture living there, without rental furniture.

How to choose a 3D rendering company

Look for photoreal quality and detail in portfolio work on projects like yours, renders built from your actual drawings rather than approximations, a clear per-image price and revision policy, a delivery date you can plan your project timeline around, full usage rights, and human 3D artists rather than AI generators that can change walls, windows or rooflines.

The math

Sell it before it's built.

A built model home$100,000+one floor plan · months of construction · built to be torn out
Bella 3D rendering$784.16a render · from your plans · every floor plan and finish

Pre-selling used to mean building a model home and hoping buyers could imagine the rest. A photoreal render does the model home's job before ground breaks — and does it for every floor plan, elevation and finish package, not just one. Modern 3D technology in the hands of a human artist: the render sells the build instead of describing it.

Questions

3D rendering questions, answered

What is 3D architectural visualization?

3D architectural visualization, also called architectural rendering, is the creation of photorealistic images of a building or interior from its plans before it is built. A 3D artist models the architecture from your drawings, applies materials, lighting, landscaping and context, and renders a finished image that clients and potential buyers understand without reading technical drawings. It is how design ideas and concepts are presented before anything is built.

What do you need from me?

Floor plans or architectural drawings, plus any elevations, material selections and reference images you have. Rough or hand-drawn plans are fine — we confirm anything unclear before modelling.

How much does 3D rendering cost?

At Bella, photoreal renders start at $784.16 per finished image — one room or building from one camera angle, with revisions and 4K print-ready delivery included, and volume discounts up to 20%. For comparison, architects and boutique studios commonly charge $1,000–3,000+ per view for the same photoreal quality.

What counts as one render?

One finished image: a single room or building from a single camera angle. Open-plan interiors up to 1,000 sq ft count as one room, and single-building exteriors cover homes up to 6,000 sq ft. Another angle of the same space is a second render — volume discounts apply automatically.

What are construction renderings used for?

Construction renderings (pre-construction renderings) show what a project will look like when it is complete. Home builders and developers use them for pre-sales, sales-centre boards, site hoardings, brochures, websites, lender decks and planning submissions: anywhere buyers need to see the finished home before construction begins.

What are real estate renderings?

Real estate renderings are photorealistic images of a property created from its plans instead of photographed. Home builders, developers and real estate agents use them to market homes before construction begins or before a renovation is finished, on the listing, website, brochures and site signage, so buyers can see the finished property.

How can I get 3D renderings of my house plans?

Order the render type you need, then upload floor plans with dimensions, elevations and a material list after checkout. Our 3D team models the house from scratch and sends a draft for your markup. You don't need a 3D model or rendering software of your own.

How long does a render take?

Typical delivery is one to two weeks, depending on project scope. We confirm timing as soon as you send your plans, and interiors are usually faster than multi-building exteriors.

Are revisions included?

Yes. You review a draft and mark up changes to composition, materials and lighting, and we revise until it's right.

Can ChatGPT or AI create architectural renderings?

AI image tools, including chatbots like ChatGPT, can generate a picture of a house in seconds. They don't build from your dimensioned plans, so walls, windows, rooflines and proportions often drift from the real design, which is a liability when you are marketing a home you will actually build. Every Bella render is modelled by a human 3D artist from your drawings, never generated by AI.

Do you create 3D animations or virtual tours?

Our rendering service delivers finished still images. 3D animation and rendered virtual tours show a project in motion, but they are larger productions than a still render. A set of still renders covering each room, elevation and amenity covers the listing, brochure and website.

What software is used for 3D architectural rendering?

Studios typically model in tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp or Revit, render with a dedicated rendering engine, and finish the image in Adobe Photoshop. Our designers work in 3D modelling software and Photoshop too, but the software is not what you are paying for. The artist's decisions on lighting, materials and camera angles are.

Can I order interior and exterior renders together?

Yes. Add your interior renders to the order, then switch the render type and add your exteriors — each type shows as its own line in the same order and checks out together.

What files do I get?

High-resolution, print-ready images sized for marketing, MLS and hoarding/billboard use on request.
