3D Interior Rendering Services

Photoreal 3D Interior Rendering, Built From Your Plans

3D interior rendering turns floor plans, elevations and finish schedules into photorealistic images of finished rooms — before construction or renovation is complete. Bella's visualization team models each space from your drawings, applies your actual materials and lighting, and delivers 4K, print-ready interior renders from $550 USD per image, with revisions included.

Builders and developers use interior renders to pre-sell homes and condos from plans; architects and designers use them to win client approvals; and agents use them to market properties that aren't finished yet. Every render is created by a human 3D artist and reviewed by an interior designer — not generated by AI — so furniture scale, materials and light behave the way they do in real photography.

What We Render

  • Kitchens and bathrooms — cabinetry, stone, tile and fixtures matched to your spec sheet
  • Living spaces and primary suites — furnished and styled to your target buyer
  • Condo amenity spaces — lobbies, lounges, gyms and co-work areas for presale marketing
  • Commercial interiors — restaurants, retail and office fit-outs (see our 3D rendering service for commercial pricing)
  • Model home alternatives — render the upgrade packages instead of building every option

How It Works

  1. Send your plans. Floor plans, elevations, finish schedules, and any inspiration images. PDFs, CAD files or even a clear sketch all work.
  2. We model and style. A 3D artist builds the space; an interior designer furnishes it to suit your market.
  3. Review a draft. You get a draft render and can adjust materials, furniture, lighting and camera angle.
  4. Receive final 4K files. Print-ready images for brochures, MLS, presale centres and planning submissions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does 3D interior rendering cost?

Professional interior renders typically cost $300–$1,500 per image in North America. Bella charges $550 per residential interior render and $700 for commercial interiors, including modeling, styling and two revision rounds.

How long does an interior render take?

First drafts arrive in about a week; most projects finish within 7–10 business days. Additional camera angles of an already-modeled room are much faster.

What files do you need?

A floor plan with dimensions is the minimum. Elevations, finish/fixture schedules and inspiration photos improve accuracy and reduce revision rounds.

Rendering vs. virtual staging — which do I need?

If the room is built and photographed, virtual staging ($37/photo) adds furniture to a real photo. If the space isn't built yet, you need a 3D render created from plans. Many builders use renders to pre-sell, then staging once units are photographed.
