3D Rendering Services in Toronto

3D Rendering for the Toronto Market

Photoreal 3D rendering for Toronto builders, developers and architects — from $550 USD a render, modelled from your drawings by a human 3D team. Bella has worked with Canadian builders and developers since 2019, and Toronto is one of our most active markets.

Toronto sells on presale. Condo and mixed-use projects take deposits years before occupancy, and the images doing that selling have to survive scrutiny from buyers, lenders and the City. We model from your actual architectural drawings — not an approximation — so the suite a purchaser commits to is the suite that gets built.

What Toronto Projects Usually Need

  • Streetscape views for mid-rise and mixed-use along the avenues, showing the building in its real context rather than floating in isolation. From $1,000.
  • Suite interiors for the presentation centre — kitchens and principal rooms in each finish package. From $550.
  • Amenity spaces — lobbies, co-work floors, rooftop terraces. These sell Toronto condos as much as the suites do.
  • Aerial and massing views for larger sites and phased developments. From $1,400 for multi-building compositions.
  • 3D floor plans — essential when buyers are choosing between similar layouts on paper. From $69.95.

Disclosure on Ontario Listings

When renderings are used to market a property, label them. TRREB and boards across Ontario expect images of unbuilt or digitally altered property to be identified as such, and RECO's advertising rules require that marketing not mislead. See our Canadian virtual staging and photo editing compliance guide, and confirm your own board's current requirements.

Toronto 3D Rendering FAQ

Do you work from Toronto architects' drawings?

Yes. Send CAD, Revit, SketchUp or PDF drawing sets. If you only have 2D drawings we build the model from them, which adds time and cost — we will tell you how much before quoting.

Can you show the building in its actual street?

Yes. Send the address and any site photography you have; we build the surrounding context so the render reads as that corner rather than a generic backdrop.

How fast can we get presale images?

7–10 business days for interiors, 10–14 for exteriors and streetscapes. A full presale package is scheduled by project size.

Do you also do virtual staging once units complete?

Yes — virtual staging in Toronto is $37 a photo once suites are built and photographed. Many builders render to pre-sell, then stage the real photos for late-phase inventory.
