3D Rendering Services

3D rendering services for home builders, developers, architects and agents. Interiors, exteriors, streetscapes, aerials and 3D floor plans — modelled and rendered from your drawings by a human 3D team, from $550 USD a render, with revisions included and 4K print-ready delivery.

Bella has rendered for builders, developers and architects across the US and Canada since 2019. Send CAD files, PDFs or a clear hand sketch; we build the model, style the space and deliver images you can put in a brochure, a presale centre or a planning submission.

How it works

  1. Send your drawings. Floor plans, elevations, finish schedules and any reference imagery. CAD files, PDFs or a clear sketch all work.
  2. We model and style. A 3D artist builds the space; an interior designer furnishes it to suit your market.
  3. Review a draft. Adjust materials, furniture, lighting and camera angle before anything is finalised.
  4. Receive final 4K files. Print-ready for brochures, MLS, presale centres and planning submissions.

A human studio, not a generator

Every Bella render is built by a 3D artist and reviewed by an interior designer. That matters more than it used to. AI tools now produce attractive concept images in seconds, but they cannot reliably hold to your actual floor plan, your elevations and your finish schedule — and those are exactly the things a buyer, a lender or a planning board is checking.

Most builders we work with use AI for early mood boards and a human studio for the images they publish. If you only need a mood, an AI tool will do the job and we would rather say so. If someone is going to commit a deposit against the image, it needs to be the building you are actually putting up.

Who we render for

  • Home builders — pre-sell from plans instead of waiting on a model home. See home builder marketing.
  • Developers — presale centres, investor materials and multi-building compositions for condo and mixed-use schemes.
  • Architects — client approvals, planning submissions and competition entries.
  • Interior designers — sign-off before procurement, and finish options rendered side by side.
  • Agents and brokerages — marketing for property that is not built yet. For finished listings, virtual staging is faster and far cheaper.

Frequently asked questions

How much do 3D renders cost?

Professional architectural renders run roughly $300 to $5,000+ per image across North America, depending on complexity and realism. Bella's interiors are $550, exteriors start at $750, and streetscapes or aerials at $1,000 — modelling and two revision rounds included.

How long does a 3D render take?

Most interiors are delivered in 7–10 business days; larger exterior scenes take 10–14. Additional camera angles of a space we have already modelled are much faster, usually 2–4 days.

What files do you need?

A dimensioned floor plan is the minimum. Elevations, finish and fixture schedules and reference images improve accuracy and cut down revision rounds. CAD, PDF and hand-drawn plans all work.

Can AI render my 3D model instead?

AI can generate a convincing-looking room very quickly, but not reliably your room — correct dimensions, the finishes you specified, real site context, and consistency across a set of images. For concept and mood it is genuinely useful. For anything a client signs off on, it is not there yet.

What is the difference between 3D rendering and virtual staging?

Virtual staging starts from a photograph of a room that already exists and adds furniture, from $37 an image. Rendering starts from drawings and builds the space from nothing, so it works for property that has not been built. Many builders render to pre-sell, then stage once the units are photographed.

Do you work across the US and Canada?

Yes. Bella has delivered rendering and visualization work for clients in both countries since 2019.
