When do I send my photos?
After checkout. Your order confirmation includes an upload link, so you can order now and send the photos whenever they're ready — nothing is needed up front.
How many photos should I virtually stage?
Most listings need 5–8 photos: the living room, the kitchen and dining room, the primary bedroom, and any other room that looks empty or awkward. Stage the photos that lead your listing, because buyers decide in the first few images. Volume discounts start at three photos.
How much does virtual staging cost?
From $48 per photo, with volume discounts up to 20%: 5% at three photos, 10% at six, 15% at eleven, and 20% at twenty-one — the best value.

Is virtual staging legal, or is it misleading buyers?

Can AI or ChatGPT do virtual staging?
AI tools, including image features in chatbots, can add furniture to a photo in seconds. The results often show floating furniture, the wrong scale or altered walls and windows, which can misrepresent the property. Bella’s staging is done by human designers, so every image stays true to the room and safe for the MLS.
Is there free virtual staging?
